Steam 極度好評恐怖遊戲《Poppy Playtime》今（6）日推出第二章，並於次章正式上架前一日宣布第一章更改為免費遊玩，此舉引發早期即購入遊戲的玩家不滿，讓遊戲 Steam 頁面開始出現負評潮。

《Poppy Playtime》於去年 10 月 12 日登陸 Steam 平台，為一款第一人稱生存恐怖解謎遊戲，玩家必須嘗試在廢棄的玩具工廠透過工具 GrabPack 破解電路、抓取物品，同時要注意不要被準備向玩家復仇的玩具抓到。
開發團隊 Mob Games 於今日追加遊戲的新章節，不過於遊戲上市前夕在官方推特宣布首章改為「永久」免費。此一公告一出，引來部分玩家便於留言區抱怨，有人即建議官方最好給與那些已經花錢買遊戲的玩家補償。

除了推特有些微火藥味，Steam 也開始出現針對遊戲價錢調整的負評潮，有評論要求至少讓先前已消費的玩家免費取得最新推出的第二章。
不只售價調整掀爭議，在遊戲 NFT 計畫以及官方合作 YouTube 創作頻道 EnchantedMob 的內容角色設計有性化未成年人之嫌，為此官方近日兩度出面發成文澄清滅火。
